Chinese (Mainland) teachers’ views of effective mathematics teaching and learning

This study investigates Chinese teachers’ cultural beliefs concerning effective mathematics teaching through semi-structured interview with nine experienced teachers. For the Chinese teachers, an effective teacher should always be passionate and committed to the teaching profession. She should not only understand the knowledge in the textbook thoroughly but also be able to carefully craft the knowledge from the textbook for teaching by predicting possible students’ difficulties. Although Chinese teachers emphasize student participation and flexible teaching, they tend to see the teacher’s ability to design and lead coherent lessons as the key for facilitating students’ understanding. The result of this study helps researchers and educators understand the teacher-designed and content-oriented teaching model in Chinese classrooms.

Ce3+对Er3+/Yb3+共掺氟磷酸盐玻璃光谱性质的影响

研究了能量接受离子Ce³⁺对Er³⁺上转换发光强度以及Er³⁺在1.5μm附近波段发光性能参数的影响，并从能量匹配及能级结构角度出发对Er³⁺/Ce³⁺间的能量转移机制进行了分析.分析认为，⁴I_11/2能级的Er³⁺通过无辐射能量转移把能量传递给²F_5/2能级的Ce³⁺关键词： 氟磷酸盐玻璃 光谱性质 光纤放大器 3+和Ce³⁺')" href="#">Er³⁺和Ce³⁺     

聚合物纳米孔隙增透膜制备工艺的研究

论述了聚合物纳米孔隙增透膜的制备工艺流程,分析了聚合物材料分子量、实验环境温度和湿度、溶剂挥发性等条件对纳米孔隙增透膜的影响。研究表明,聚合物材料分子量的增大、温度的降低、湿度的升高以及采用挥发性弱的溶剂都将导致增透膜孔隙尺寸的增大,孔隙越大其对光的散射损耗就会增大,所以增透膜的透过率就越低。通过大量的试验分析得出一组较理想的工艺参量:使用低分子量的聚合物材料(小于15 kg/mol),环境温度大于25℃、环境相对湿度小于30%,在采用低沸点的溶剂如四氢呋喃等措施下可有效降低增透膜散射损耗。     

两类记录值之和的中心极限定理

该文给出了Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ分布纪录值序列部分和的中心极限定理；对于Ｐａｒｅｔｏ分布纪录值序列的部分和T_n，获得了ｌｎT_n的中心极限定理．这一工作不仅具有概率论的极限理论方面的研究价值，而且在金融、保险等领域也具有相当重要的应用前景．     

用于双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机

建立了一台基于新研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机的双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像系统,重点介绍所研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机。为了在高时间分辨力的同时扩大时间测量范围,实现大面积两维空间高时间分辨取样测量,从而提高采样速率和更有效地发挥扫描相机的作用,设计和研制了一种大面积、高时间分辨力扫描变像管和一种重复频率高达1MHz的斜坡电压扫描电路。基于上述关键部件所研制的扫描相机具有重复频率高、扫描速度可调、时间分辨力高、工作面积大、非线性低、触发晃动小等优点。用钛宝石飞秒激光器作为激光脉冲源,通过脉冲提取器将76MHz的高重复频率降低为1MHz,采用可调延时器和标准具对扫描相机的时间分辨力、扫描速度和非线性进行标定。该系统的时间分辨力达到6.5ps,非线性为2.60%,可测量的时间范围从十几皮秒到几十纳秒。测量了若丹明6G和香豆素314两种标准荧光染料的荧光寿命,取得了与参考文献一致的实验结果。     

Strict Stability of Impulsive Differential Equations

In this paper, we will extend the strict stability to impulsive differential equations. By using Lyapunov functions, we will get some criteria for the strict stability of impulsive differential equations, and we can see that impulses do contribute to the system＇s strict stability behavior. An example is also given in this paper to illustrate the efficiency of the obtained results.     

二元合金微观偏析的相场法数值模拟

使用耦合溶质场的相场模拟研究了Ni-Cu二元合金枝晶生长过程中固相溶质扩散系数D_s 对枝晶形貌和微观偏析等的影响.计算结果表明，随着D_s的减少，固液界 面前沿溶质扩散层越薄，枝晶生长越有利，枝晶尖端生长的速度越大，侧向分支越发达；D< sub>s越小，固相中溶质成分的波动越强烈，随着D_s的增大，固相中溶质 成分的波动相应减小；溶质微观偏析程度随D_s的增大而减小. 关键词： 相场方法 微观偏析 固相扩散系数 数值模拟     

Further study of the viscoelastic phase separation of cyanate ester modified with poly(ether imide)

In this study, the viscoelastic phase separation process was studied further by time‐resolved light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy in the system of poly(ether imide)‐modified bisphenol‐A dicyanate. It was observed that the evolution time of phase structure and relaxation time of diffusion flow of the bisphenol‐A dicyanate were similar with the phase diagram of curing conversion versus content of PEI. The results suggested that the viscoelastic phase separation was affected by the curing conversion of the system at the onset point of phase separation. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A rule-based risk decision-making approach and its application in China's customs inspection decision

This paper addresses a kind of risk decision-making problem existing widely in public administration and business management, which is characterized by (1) occurrence probabilities of states of nature can be estimated by analysing historical observations, but historical observations of different objects are unhomogeneous, (2) the relation between observations and occurrence probabilities of states of nature are affected by some qualitative and quantitative indicators, (3) it is a real-time decision-making problem, that is, there are many decisions for different objects to be made in a limited time, (4) considering decision's execution, impact of resource constrains is an important issue in decision-making process. In this paper, we develop a rule-based approach to address the problem. In the proposed approach, a two-step clustering method is employed to classify objects into categories, and observations in each category can be approximately viewed as homogeneous. For objects in each category, occurrence probabilities of states of nature are estimated by logistic regression, and the decision rule is obtained through solving an optimization model, which is to minimize the total decision risks while satisfying resource constrains. Effect and efficacy of our approach are illustrated through its application to China's customs inspection decision.
